The working principle and performance indicators of tractors
Power transmission system
Engine: Combustion of fuel (diesel/gasoline) generates power, which is transmitted to the drive wheels through the transmission system.
Transmission system: including clutch, gearbox, differential, etc., to achieve power transmission and distribution.
Walking system: The driving wheels (rear wheels) generate traction, while the front wheels are responsible for steering.
Working device: The power output shaft (PTO) is connected to the agricultural tool, and the hydraulic system controls the lifting and lowering of the agricultural tool.
Key performance indicators
Traction force: limited by engine torque and ground adhesion conditions, it determines the tractor's operational capability.
Traction power: The effective power used to tow agricultural tools, reflecting operational efficiency.
Traction efficiency: The ratio of traction power to engine power, measuring the efficiency of power utilization.
Adhesion performance: The friction between the driving wheel and the ground affects traction and stability.
Performance of power output shaft: including maximum power, torque reserve rate, etc., determines the type of agricultural tool that is suitable.
